Processing time/ shipping

Processing time

• Processing time is 2 weeks due to the handmade nature - I will generally have orders out earlier.

• If you require your order by a set date please contact me and I will let you know if this is achievable.

Shipping

• I only ship to Australia at this time. Shipping is from Tasmania.

• Shipping is flat rate via Australia Post

• Express post upgrade is available at check out

• Local delivery is available for those living between Burnie and Wynyard (Tasmania)

• If local delivery is selected at check out and your are outside my delivery are the order will be cancelled for you to re order with the correct postage applied.

Custom orders

• I love a custom order.

• There are listings for the various outfits, shirts and towels for custom orders. Simply provide the character and any colour options you would like and I will work with you to create your custom order. No order will be created until you have approved.

Returns

• Due to the personalised nature of my products returns are not available. However if there is a fault or error from my end I will happily replace the item.

General

• Long sleeves are available please advise if this is an option you require.

• If you would like to see a mock up of your design please advise in messages and I will make sure this happens before stitching out.

• A name can be embroidered on all shirts. Please advise at check out.

• If you would like a different font than the ones pictured I can work with you to make this happen.
