Production time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped.

Shipping

Tracking numbers will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping is only available in Australia.

We ship via Australia Post

We offer flat rate shipping $10 standard post or $14 express post.

Please note selecting express shipping does not reduce my production time only the shipping time

Returns

Due to our products being personalised we are unable to offer returns. If there is a problem at all with your order please contact us to allow us to resolve the issue.

If your product was damaged or faulty in anyway please contact us within 14 days we may replace or refund your product.

Order cancellation

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours. Orders will not be cancelled after 24 hours.
